This is the central log for all sanctions issued pursuant to an
Arbitration Committee contentious topics remedy in 2021 as well as any appeals or modifications made to sanctions issued in 2021.
The required information is the user or page the sanction is being applied to, enforcing administrator, date, nature of sanction, including expiry date (if applicable), basis or context (such as link to AE request), and a diff of the user notification (if applicable).
“
All sanctions and page restrictions must be logged by the administrator who applied the sanction or page restriction at
Wikipedia:Arbitration enforcement log. Whenever a sanction or page restriction is appealed or modified, the administrator amending it must append a note recording the amendment to the original log entry.
To be valid, sanctions must be clearly and unambiguously labelled as an arbitration enforcement action (such as with "arbitration enforcement", "arb enforcement", "AE" or "WP:AE" in the
Wikipedia log entry or the edit summary). If a sanction has been logged as an arbitration enforcement action but has not been clearly labelled as an arbitration enforcement action any uninvolved administrator may amend the sanction (for example, a null edit or reblocking with the same settings) on behalf of the original administrator. Labelling a sanction which has been logged does not make the administrator who added the label the "enforcing administrator" unless there is confusion as to who intended the sanction be arbitration enforcement.
A central log of all page restrictions and sanctions (including blocks, bans, page protections or other restrictions) placed as arbitration enforcement (including contentious topic restrictions) is to be maintained by the Committee and its clerks at
Wikipedia:Arbitration enforcement log.
Mandruss and Objective3000 are cautioned against circumventing edit restrictions, even when they are right on the content, and even when this is done somewhat unwittingly. Although extraordinary circumstances pertaining to the

Sorry to everyone, especially Mandruss and Objective3000, that it took me this long to figure out the utility of attaching this addendum. I hope it serves to quell any further tensions. Updating that Lilipo25 was NOTHERE blocked with talk page access disabled, following egregious misconduct, immediately before and after the block. Therefore, the ban is vacated.

New AE requirement. It reads (in full): you are to always follow a revert with an article talk page comment explaining it in any and all
WP:ARBHORN topic area pages or edits (whatsoever).

Indeffed as a normal admin action, since the same problem continues, with violations which are seemingly a product of an impenetrable IDHT approach.

Upgraded protection to full protection for ongoing disruption via edit warring
[29]. Will remove full protection in three days, restoring prior indefinite ECP protection. --

Mclarenfan17 (no edits since June) has been editing while logged out, in contravention of their interaction ban with Tvx1. As such, per Tvx1's AE complaint, the sanction is reaffirmed, directing admins to block any IPs belonging to Mclarenfan17 with immediate effect, at least until some form of communication is established. Added Feb 25:archive link to 7 Feb AE complaint and
permanent link to Feb 12 one. As well,
permanent link to discussion on my talk page with Mclarenfan17/IP, last comment Feb 24.

:*{{Noting that an IP identifying as Mclarenfan17 did engage in some limited discussion on my talk page, but it has since fizzled out, with evasion continuing (on ranges that would result in too much collateral if blocked). As such, semiprotection seems like the way to go here, with an indefinite semi just applied by me to
2021 World Rally Championship, with other related pages likely to follow.

{{Also noting that Mclarenfan17/IP keeps showing up on my talk page to post lengthy comments, as of yesterday on Feb 24 (
permanent link), partially to violate their IBAN by speaking against their opponent, but also to make strange claims about how it would take them 6 weeks to get a registered account approved (is that even a thing?), which they feel isn't fair and so on. Meanwhile, they continue to edit the topic area via IP hopping on still too wide a range to block, as of Feb 23 (
diffdiff), even though they know they shouldn't (I expressly told them so, repeatedly). So, not much confidence on that front (that we can end this whole whack-a-mole), unfortunately. Oh well. Sorry for the length of this!

El C, discretionary sanctions are not authorized for this case, so these protections should not be labeled as AE actions, but regular admin actions. The only thing that needs to be logged here is the block of Mclarenfan17 for violating the IBAN
remedy. –

As there's no AE in this area, I've removed protection from most and any that looked possibly contentious (e.g. as though the protection was doing something (i.e. current seasons)), I added an expiry date of 1 January 2022, after which we can see if it is still necessary.

In connection with the above, and in conjunction with Awilley's warning above that (both involving the same page), Onceinawhile is given a final warning about that page, with a prohibition remaining a likely outcome (still). They are also cautioned that future misconduct may lead to them jeopardizing their participation in the topic area, overall.
