John Trumbull's Declaration of Independence, showing the five-man committee in charge of drafting the Declaration in 1776 as it presents its work to the Second Continental Congress in Philadelphia

.

I'm creating a user page for Mr. Paine so that his name no longer appears in red ink. Not that red is a bad color, especially for Thomas Paine, but it bugs me, so it goes. This section is NOT composed by the User Thomas Paine 1776 but by one Carptrash 03:29, 30 January 2007 (UTC) who shares at least some of Paine's interests.

Maybe Eric J. Hill knows who he is. Tomcool 06:15, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
