I've started villages from Bogove commune and created this as an example. If you wiki link all the village in berat county first and then paste them into the templates under each commune like this we can cover each district in a coordinated efficient approach. Just copy the exact template and it will be pretty easy to create a template for each district. If you can also copy the exact layout and system here and just remember to change the commune and district name when you go from one to another and indeed to link in the reference to the right county this should be pretty easy too. About a month ago, you created various Albanian ambassador pages, linked to at Template:Ambassadors of Albania. Thanks for creating these articles, but I'd like to point out that the reference URLs mostly point to the information for the Dutch embassy ( [2]). Also, all of these stub articles should be tagged with {{ Albania-stub}} and perhaps the stub template for whichever other country is involved. There's nothing wrong with creating lots of stubs, but they have to be properly sourced and tagged. I'd appreciate if you could help clean up. Thanks. The problem with some of these uploads is nothing to do with Sunrise getting angry, it is that we have to take copyright seriously. Wikipedia's approach to copyright is not "I'll upload anything I like, and you can delete anything that doesn't satisfy policies". Vinie deals with some basic maintenance tasks and as he'll probably upload other files that may be considered copyright violations and will obviously lead to FutureP blocking him for longer periods and eventually ban him I suggested this to FutureP. Vinie won't get any other blocks and he'll be able to continue editing, but every time he wants to upload a file he'll have to ask from someone else to check the criteria(I'll do that if there aren't any volunteers) and give upload permission, while FutureP won't have to check and possibly nominate for deletion every file Vinie uploads.-- — ZjarriRrethues —  ^talk 09:26, 22 May 2011 (UTC) reply

As I said on my talk page, I have some doubts Vinie is acting in good faith. In the latest case noted by Ronhjones (where Vinie just deleted a notification without any response [4]), Vinie had attempted to pass off a political party's party programme [5] as a permission statement to justify a PD tag on an image. I really, really don't get it how a person of Vinie's intelligence could think there was a PD release in that document. I think you should heed Future Perfect at Sunrise in regard to the images and fully understand the policies. Hajdari's image is just gore, I personally wouldn't like it on wikipedia, furthermore both Zjarri and FPS have stated how it doesn't satisfy requirements.

And I have seen that you start one sentence stubs, which are difficult to sustain when they are nominated for deletion. Please make sure that you have enough sources and notability before starting something, because valid articles get deleted for minor reasons, and it's difficult to keep them afterwards. Hi Vinie007 - I notice you've jumped the gun and created a new stub category for Tirana geography stubs before it's needed. Stub categories are only created when there are 60 articles already using a stub template - that's why only one of the new Albanian stub types has so far had an officially created dedicated category made. I started something that i never done before, but i like it already very, very much. As explained here, i started new draft on Vojsava Tripalda‎‎, with idea to create article, sentence by sentence. Hi, I see you created an article about Communes of Albania. These communes are also listed in the Municipalities of Albania article, which additionally contains the urban municipalities (bashki, I don't know what the plural is). Wouldn't it be better to merge the two, since they're the same level of administration? We could for instance redirect the communes article to the municipalities article, and improve the lead to show the difference between bashki and komuna. And maybe convert the list into a sortable table, with the district, county, and status (bashki/komuna, we could translate that as urban/rural).

Another comment: the Villages of Albania lists you created are based on a reference that is quity sloppy with diacritics. As a non-speaker it's difficult for me to find the correct orthography for the villages. I found a nice reference for the three southern counties here: Greece – Albania Neighbourhood Programme, and used it to correct the Villages of Gjirokastër County, Villages of Korçë County and Villages of Vlorë County. Note that the aac-al ref usually omits the last letter of the last village, for instance Selck instead of Selckë and Saraqinish instead of Saraqinisht. And aac-al doesn't show the urban municipalities, that often contain villages as well (e.g. Himarë). Do you know any other references we could use to improve the village lists? After this edit it looks better. There are several sections with only one paragraph. Is it possible to connect "Assassination" with "Reaction"? Or expand "Reaction". The same thing with "Early life ad education" (or expand every one of them). The article needs several references. Every statement should be referenced. The lead looks good but it has seven references. If statement from the lead is referenced in the main body of the article it should be not referenced in the lead. The lead is a summary of the article and do not need references (exceptions are possible). I thing it is close.

How about League of Lezhë? It is very interesting article, but it needs references. Section "Defeat" should be expanded. Section "Sources" is really too long. It is better some of books move to references. I know it is difficult. The lead should be expanded with three paragraphs because the article is longer than 20kB). This article should be GA. Wikipedia and its contents are not public domain. Unlike some of the sources you've above, you can copy it and directly translate it, but you have to give full attribution unless you can verify that you are the sole contributor of the original content. I see, for instance, that you created Attack on Gjirokastër (1997) as a translation of sq:Sulmi i 7-8 Marsit 1997 mbi Gjirokastrën. You have to acknowledge this to comply with the license of 79.106.109.54. (We cannot tell if that is you, and so we must presume it isn't.)

The process for doing this is described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia#Translating from other language Wikimedia Projects. At minimum, a note should be made in the edit summary and on the talk page of the article. I will repair attribution here, but if you know that you have copied or translated content from other articles, please provide attribution. I'm looking for a way to transfer this file to Commons, so that it may be used by various language versions of Wikipedia. The current problem is, that we don't know, if the author of this photo died more than 70 years before now.

Please either provide confirmatory evidence that the image is in the PD in the US, including creator information and lifetime, or provide a fair-use rationale.
