Just my $0.02 as a friendly TPS, but perhaps WP:JUSTAPOLICY would apply in some of these cases? I often find people claiming "x isn't notable" but they fail to show why and more often than not even a cursory search of Google Books or Google Scholar turns up material that can be integrated into the article. -- Tothwolf ( talk) 16:12, 19 September 2009 (UTC)

An editor has asked for a deletion review of Kady Malloy. Because you closed the deletion discussion for this page, speedily deleted it, or otherwise were interested in the page, you might want to participate in the deletion review. Facha93 ( talk) 17:54, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
Dear A Nobody,
I am new to wikipedia, and would like to see if a page that was deleted in 2006 can be rescued with your help. I would like to ask if you would be willing to adopt me and give me assistance in this re-submission process. I originally sent you an e-mail,and am re-posting here as requested.
The page is Immunocal and was deleted in 2006 for the following reason:"The result was delete; its existence may be verified, but there is no verification from third-party sources that this is a notable product. --Sam Blanning(talk) 22:22, 13 November 2006 (UTC)"
On Sam Blanning's talk page, it says that he is no longer editing on Wikipedia and will not respond to the posts.
I wasn't able to figure out how to view the actual page that was submitted, but would like to know what verification from third-party sources would be required to make this a notable product. I would like to consider re-submitting a new page, but need to know what is required as third-party sources.
I have read over the guidelines for source material, and it looks like the following may be considered acceptable third-party sources. Is this correct? And would this be enough to submit a page?
There are references to Immunocal in the following publications:
United States Physician's Desk Reference ( 1999-2009) Canadian Compendium of Pharmaceuticals and Specialties (2009) Oxidative Stress in Cancer, AIDS, and Neurodegenerative Diseases, Copyright 1998 by Dr. Luc Montagnier, Winner of Nobel Prize in Medicine, 2008
Also on the following websites:
www.pubmed.gov - Nathional Institutes of Health sponsored website of published medical studies www.fda.gov - Food and Drug Administration www.patft.uspto.gov US Patent Office
Would this be a sufficient source of information to start a page? If there is someone who can point me to the original page and tell me what is needed to be changed for re-consideration, that would be a great place to start and I would like to re-submit.
Incidentally, I chose two names at random, and found a page for MonaVie which has 1 published study on PubMed ( Immunocal has 27; 11 by name and the rest by the term undenatured whey protein), and a page for XanGo which has no published studies on PubMed. So how is it determined that a company or product deserves a page? And which should come first, Immunotec the company that makes Immunocal, or Immunocal itself? The published research on Immunocal goes back over 30 years.
I know Wikipedia is not the place to advertise, but am interested in presenting a factual neutral POV page and would like assistance with that. You may be the best person to help me. I would be happy to assist in re-submitting new information if I know what is required.
Would you be willing to adopt me? Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, LivingWell4U ( talk) 21:44, 20 September 2009 (UTC)

Is there a way to edit the school break template at the top of my userpage to say that I am "attempting" a school wikibreak? I am logged on today, but am unsure when I will next log back on as I have various school and family functions coming up and anyway, just want it to be clear that I be here on and off (might return again in a day, might not return for a few weeks depending on real life matters ranging from working over an hour away from my own during the week to hopefully going to an amusement park for Halloween activities with the family later in the week). Anyway, I am not skilled with template making and was just hoping to have one up top that said, "I am attempting a wikibreak due to school and Halloween activities and may be back on Wikipedia in a regular fashion sometime down the road, although I have been admittedly feeling kind of good these past two weeks focusing more on my career and family than this project. It is possible, however, that I will not be able to keep away from Wikipedia for that long, and I could be back a lot earlier while making some small edits every so often. Messages left for me may not be replied to for a while and when I do log on, it will mostly likely be to take care of specific matters (thus please do not take offense if it seems like I am ignoring anyone as it not my intention, I just only have time for priority matters)." Anyway, if someone could make a template to say the above, much appreciated! If not, no big deal I guess as I just said as much here. Thanks in any event! Sincerely, --
A Nobody

I would wish you a return "Happy Halloween" but, alas, all the candy is eaten and it's just too late for that. Looking up the handy November 3 Wikipedia page, I found that today happens to be Independence Day for Panama as well as the Federated States of Micronesia.
So a tip of the Panama hat to you, and may this Panamanian Independence Day bring you peace, joy and the pacific satisfaction of Balboa on a peak in Darién, discovering a new ocean. And may this Federated States of Micronesia Independence Day envelop you with joy! May you have a happy time celebrating with a stick dance or sitting dance and practicing the glottal stop of the Yapese language! -- JohnWBarber ( talk) 22:37, 3 November 2009 (UTC) (a/k/a "Noroton")

Sincerely, --
A Nobody

Thanks for the Halloween wishes. To be completely honest, I think I've disagreed with you (on RFAs etc) more than we've agreed, but I generally appreciate your input nonetheless. Happy Halloween to you as well. Robofish ( talk) 18:46, 31 October 2009 (UTC)

A Nobody, thank you very much for your Halloween message on my user page, the now-defunct User talk:Noroton page. It was a bright spot at a bad time.
That's fine, but it should probably go on the AFD's talk page. You can leave a bolded note making reference to it on the AFD itself. Cheers.-- chaser ( talk) 17:04, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
