Hi Buster7. For some time now, I have been mulling over nominating some of the earlier timelines (particularly the ones from 2017/2018) for a featured list review. What do you think of this?
Also, your talk page is getting rather long. Might want to consider archiving some of it.

Hi Buster7, I need a little help.
A New Page Reviewer has been bugging me for some time about the 2020 Q2 timeline of Trump's presidency, and has nominated the page for speedy deletion under A3 (empty page w/no content) for CSD. Would you mind backing me up here? The timeline doesn't start until April 1 (there is no way the timeline can have content as April 1 hasn't even started yet), and I would rather not have to contest the deletion at this time. Thank you so much for your help.

Hello Buster7, and thank you for the very kind Eddy Award! It's a lovely surprise, and it is wonderful to have the bits and pieces I've done around here noticed and appreciated. All the best and stay safe........ PK T(alk) 16:06, 5 April 2020 (UTC)
Over 350 individual editors have received an EDDY award. This week the 150+ members of the Wikipedia:WikiProject COVID-19 have been chosen as recipients. In the past, some of you have visited the recipients talk page and offered your congratulations and your personal "pat on the back for a job well done". Well!!! This week you can thank 150 editors all at the same time and place. Let's reach out to this Associate Project and thank them for their efforts and their high standards of expectations from each other. Editing these type of "Hot Topic" articles is not for the meek and mild as we all know. Please take a second and reach out to them. ― Buster7 ☎ 16:47, 2 May 2020 (UTC)
The Editor of the Week initiative has been recognizing editors since 2013 for their hard work and dedication. Editing Wikipedia can be disheartening and tedious at times; the weekly Editor of the Week award lets its recipients know that their positive behaviour and collaborative spirit is appreciated. The response from the honorees has been enthusiastic and thankful.
The list of nominees is running short, and so new nominations are needed for consideration. Have you come across someone in your editing circle who deserves a pat on the back for improving article prose regularly, making it easier to understand? Or perhaps someone has stepped in to mediate a contentious dispute, and did an excellent job. Do you know someone who hasn't received many accolades and is deserving of greater renown? Is there an editor who does lots of little tasks well, such as cleaning up a citation.
Please help us thank editors who display sustained patterns of excellence, working tirelessly in the background out of the spotlight, by submitting your nomination for Editor of the Week today! MediaWiki message delivery ( talk) 23:50, 26 May 2020 (UTC)

I recently learned about this great initiative. Now that I know of it, I can think of about 5 to 10 editors who I think deserve it. My reading of the situation is that there is not a lot of nominations. Would you consider it a helpful or an unhelpful thing for me to nominate so many? Any advice on that is welcome. Thanks for your message. The first place I believe our paths crossed was on the talk page for the article for Tim Raines (which, interestingly, is still the most recent non-bot posted thread on that talk page). This talk page is the first (and sadly not the last) place where I experienced the frustration of being unable to attract others to comment on a disagreement, and thus having the dispute frozen in time, awaiting some future person to do something. As a result, I was a bit wary during our discussion, but happily we were able to communicate effectively and amicably. If everyone were as collaborative as you, I might be a more regular contributor today. I appreciate your dedication at chipping in to support Wikipedia's mission in whatever way you can. Best wishes during this time of reflection and celebration with family and friends, and good luck for the new year! isaacl ( talk) 16:11, 7 December 2023 (UTC)

Buster, I just want to thank you again for the EotW nomination in 2023. I will forever cherish that moment and the words written. Hey Buster,
I noticed that one user in the list at Wikipedia:WikiProject Editor Retention/Editor of the Week#Recipients of Editor of the Week aka The Eddy has (formerly x name) next to their name. I noticed there's a lot of users listed by their former name on there, would you be okay with me updating the names on the list where appropriate to their current names, while noting their past one? I'd leave out instances where a user has vanished of course. I'm suggesting this because it'll become easier to search if an editor has already received the award. Additionally, I like the idea that it properly recognizes the user by a name that some may be more familiar with. Hey man im josh ( talk) 20:53, 29 January 2024 (UTC)

Good Advice given to me many years ago---Draft your article gradually rather than rushing to get it into Wikipedia. This approach will result in more interesting and coherent content. It also allows you the time to review your work carefully for potential copyright violations. Hope that helps. 18:27, 29 June 2014 (UTC)

Ten years ago, you were found precious. That's what you are, always. On another St. Patrick's Day, with green thoughts. Thank you for the amazing sweetness (koekjes ...) you offer to others! I like to see the EotW running nicely! - Today, I decorated my talk with memories of St. Patrick's in 2019, and our whole playlist of back then seems so good right now, music about the Breastplate (listen, YT in the article), Psalm 91, Psalm 130 ... - There's a RfC needing a snow close, - would you be independent enough? Or you, Drmies, perhaps? -- Gerda Arendt ( talk) 07:51, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
Wow wonderfull....anything I need to do? Can I go ahead and thank the nominators?-- Moxy- 13:58, 23 April 2022 (UTC)

Regarding this edit: perhaps instead of "Thoughts & Prayers", the reason could be something like "For dedicated service in support of Wikipedia"? Just a suggestion. isaacl ( talk) 21:28, 23 March 2023 (UTC)

Hi Buster7 :) I'm looking to interview people here. Feel free to pass if you're not interested. Clovermoss🍀 (talk) 12:40, 4 December 2023 (UTC)

When I say "Be a Rainbow" it comes from Maya Angelou's writing's on how we can be impactful in our neighbor's life. You and the others who supported my nomination are definitely a bright Rainbow in my sky for that thing that seems so simple to many yet has so much depth to a perceptible person. As I go on winter break soon (end of Jan) I want to wish you a great 2024 and peaceful springtime. I hope to return then and listen to your Song again. -- ARose Wolf 17:04, 4 January 2024 (UTC)

Hey Buster,
I noticed that one user in the list at Wikipedia:WikiProject Editor Retention/Editor of the Week#Recipients of Editor of the Week aka The Eddy has (formerly x name) next to their name.
Finally giving my feedback. My main observation is that all the sources are about Zeds Dead and not Rapp-Rovan solo. Could you try searching for sources that discuss Rapp-Rovan extensively independent of Zeds Dead? Ten Pound Hammer • ( What did I screw up now?) 14:57, 8 February 2024 (UTC)

Hey Buster. Hope it's not a problem, but this week I worked on a list of users I want to nominate for EotW. I've nominated 5 of them so far, but I have a further 18 on my list. Hope this isn't a problem, but I thought I'd mention it due to a backlog / queue that it may create. Hey man im josh ( talk) 22:10, 29 February 2024 (UTC)
