Please receive my belated but heartfelt appreciation for saving the day on the Wikipedia:Good article reassessment/February 2023 effort to re-assess Good articles, that aided in the DC Copyright contributor investigation.
When I first proposed the process in the January 2023 AN discussion, I envisioned it working something like procedural Featured article reviews; I had no idea that there wasn't really a GAR process in place to deal with several hundred deficient GAs, and the work turned out to be much more complicated than I thought. It simply would not have been possible--or at least, would not have been accomplished so seamlessly--without your effort, competence, thoroughness, and efficiency.
