Hi Angshah, I just tagged the Fara Warner article for notability and citations. The references used don't provide the extensive coverage required to meet notability. I did a search and didn't come up with much. Can you keep looking? She is very distinguished, there must be more coverage out there! Thanks, JSFarman ( talk) 04:51, 30 November 2020 (UTC)

Hi there, Angshah. I enjoyed reading your recent article " Most women journalists in history haven’t been ‘notable’ enough for Wikipedia. We’re changing that." I'm happy to see you are promoting efforts to encourage more general recognition of women journalists as a basis for their inclusion on Wikipedia. Please let me know if there's anything we can do at Women in Red to help you along.-- Ipigott ( talk) 14:40, 10 March 2021 (UTC)

Hi! I saw over at Women in Red that perhaps you’re involved with Women Do News and I have been hoping to touch base to see if I could help! I have written a couple dozen profiles of female journalists myself, and then additional I’ve been involved in a project to make a list of red links from the Dictionary of Women Worldwide (DoWW). That’s yielded almost 90 red-linked female journalists who are almost guaranteed to be wiki-notable; and sources are easy to access as most DoWW profiles are on Encyclopedia.com, plus Wikipedia offers free access to the entire DoWW. You can see the journos using Ctrl+F within the broader DoWW writers redlist, but if Women Do News would like it, I’d be very happy to make a list dedicated just to journalists. Or if there’s another way I can help on-wiki, let me know! Thanks for all your work. Innisfree987 ( talk) 19:33, 24 September 2021 (UTC)

Women in Red 8th Anniversary
In July 2015 around 15.5% of the English Wikipedia's biographies were about women. As of July 2023, 19.61% of the English Wikipedia's biographies are about women. That's a lot of biographies created in the effort to close the gender gap. Happy 8th Anniversary! Join us for some virtual cake and add comments or memories and please keep on editing to close the gap! |

Thanks for your contributions to Bettina Chang. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources and it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Vanderwaalforces ( talk) 21:41, 13 October 2023 (UTC)
Hello Angshah, I thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
I wanted to let you know, however, that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Bettina Chang, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Bettina Chang.
You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Actualcpscm}}
. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review
the candidates and submit your choices on the
voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Actualcpscm}}
. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!

@ Actualcpscm: thanks very much! The discussion was a good prompt to strengthen the article with more citations from prominent third-party sources. I've added to that discussion, and learning how to better engage with editors. -- Angshah ( talk) 16:33, 21 October 2023 (UTC)

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review
the candidates and submit your choices on the
voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{
