Clergyoutcomes is NOT a notability guideline. Even if it says bishops are often kept, it does NOT say they are exempt from notability requirements, and doing nothing but referencing that is a circular argument. That's a bad precedent if there's not actually significant coverage on the topic. If nothing can be said except that he was bishop, it should be redirected to
Roman Catholic Diocese of Catamarca.
