As to the POV tag phrases like "Digitec Galaxus claims to be Switzerland's online market leader in the fields of IT" and "products, service and support at moderate prices" and "The concept was successful, and was followed by several renovations to expand the warehouse and the sales area." which are completely un-sourced tell me it is pretty POV.

Regarding the comments above: The source [5] provides a report about Marcel Dobler, who was one of the founders of the company. It can be found in the video report "Quereinsteiger auf dem Weg ins Bundeshaus" The source [6] does not only mention the stock purchase. It also provides information about the valuation and the voting right situation in the board of directors after the purchase of the shares from Migros.
