As far as I can see, the DNB entry on Ben Nicholson is subscription only; I don't have access at present. Would someone who does be kind enough to mail me the article, or simply give me the details of his date and place of death and disposal? As far as I can see, the DNB entry on Ben Nicholson is subscription only; I don't have access at present. Would someone who does be kind enough to mail me the article, or simply give me the details of his date and place of death and disposal?
