I am an active contributor in wikipedia for more than a year and I have over 400 constructive contributions and created 17 articles in wikipedia (although I knew that's not a lot, but at least that fulfilled the basic requirements for being a reviewer). I am delighted to help wikipedia in all the ways that I can, and I have already read the
policy on vandalism and fully understand what is and what is not vandalism, I have read the
guideline on reviewing and if I was granted the permission to be a reviewer, I will decide carefully whether I should accept the new revision of pending changes or not and also, I WILL continue to make constructive contributions in wikipedia. Thanks very much anyways.

I have never seen so much IP editing on an article. I want to clean up the article and nominate it for FL, so vandalism would mess the nomination up.
CrowzRSA 21:44, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
Um... look where you are. This is RFPERM, not RFPP, and without the page first being pending change protected, the reviewer flag won't do you any good there. Second, looking at the article, there isn't the history of disruptive activity to justify protection. Third, I've written a fair few FL's myself, so if you have any questions, my door is open. Fourth, since this is RFPERM, you do meet the standards for the reviewer flag, so Done. Fifth.... um, there isn't a fifth.

{{not done}}Reviewing is the process of checking
pending changes to determine if they should be accepted, reverted or fixed through editing. This right is not, in general, about providing editorial review and input on how to improve articles (any editor can do that). Please read
WP:Reviewer to understand the modalities of the right. Your global contributions are highly appreciated. However, I suspect that you've not understood what this reviewer right is specifically for. Hence, for now, not done.
Wifione ....... Leave a message 12:27, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
Sorry, but I didn't say a word about editorial reviewing. When I wrote about "those seeking for the reviews" I meant a routine practice in ru-wiki when somebody requests the reviewers (and I do have such a flag in ru-wiki for several months) to review their changes. Also, I have the
autopatrolled rights in en-wiki.
Cherurbino 14:22, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
I understand your point of view. I have to mention that the reviewer right here is granted for use on the English Wikipedia, and in general, this would have been given by me on the basis of your contributions to the English Wikipedia. I could not see any anti-vandalism reversions that you may have made on the English Wikipedia. So I have no way to determine your proficiency in identifying
vandalism and what is
not vandalism on this project, especially as it relates to a quite different language than Russian (I mention this because a few of your edits document lack of full proficiency in English). I should suggest that you put in a week or two of anti-vandalism edits on this project and re-apply. I should have no issues granting you this right then. Irrespective of my refusal, if any other administrator in the between wishes to grant you this right, they can do so. My apologies again. Thanks.

I have been contributing off and on to Wikipedia, not always while logged in. I have recently started to contribute regularly again. Over the past week I have been routinely helping revert vandalism. While doing this I have come across quite a few article with pending changes. I would like to be able to help by reviewing these changes when I come across them.

This system seems a good alternative to semiprotection... so long as good edits are accepted as soon as possible because we need to encourage helpful editors to join the project and not frustrate them too much. The only way to do this is to incrase the number of reviewers, so I would like to join the group to be of assistance as I can. —

Thanks.
