Spin-off from discussions at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ewa Wojkowska and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kopernik (organization) which I nominated last week. Apparently the probably notable NGO has two non-notable founders: here's the second of them. Just like Ewa, it seems to fail WP:BIO notaiblity reqs: not enough in-depth coverage and/or mainstream coverage. Being a regional TED speaker is not enough.
