Singapore

Hello Wrigleygum ( talk · contribs), I made an edit request under a different IP address to list the ethnicities of Singapore as "Chinese Singaporeans|Chinese" so that it looks like this Chinese but when one clicks on it it takes them to Chinese Singaporeans. You fulfilled that request but another user has removed it and reverted it back to the previous revision despite my request to keep it as I initially stated it to be. Could you please revert it back to the edit request that I initially asked for? Thank you. ( 121.214.125.120 ( talk) 09:54, 15 January 2016 (UTC)) reply

Ok, but do consider registering a wiki account to edit directly, so you don't have to wait for a response. You are right in this case. Wrigleygum ( talk) 05:45, 22 January 2016 (UTC) reply

ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!

Hello, Wrigleygum. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery ( talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC) reply

Your account name

Just for you information, I have reported your account name at WP:UAA because I believe it implies a connection with the chewing gum products of the Wrigley Company, which still exists, and which is owned by Mars, Incorporated. I realize that your purpose is to make a point about the illegality of buying chewing gum in Singapore, but it seems to me that your choice is an unfortunate one, as it treads on registered trademarks. I would suggest going to WP:CHU and requesting a change to another name. Possibilities such as "Chewinggum", "Illegalgum" or "Cantbuygum" would make the same point without implying a connection to any corporation. Singapore

Singapore, an article you have significantly edited, has been nominated for Good Article. It seems possible for it to become a Good Article, though it needs tidying up. If you are interested in helping out, see the review: Talk:Singapore/GA3. SilkTork ( talk) 16:20, 27 August 2019 (UTC) reply
