Hi, Dharmadhyaksha. I'm just posting to let you know that List of Padma Bhushan award recipients (1980–1989) – a list that you have been heavily involved with – has been chosen to appear on the Main Page as Today's featured list for June 24. A tag has been placed on Category:Mumbai portal requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! Talk! 18:40, 13 June 2019 (UTC)

Deciding Notability of an article has always been a debatable topic, even in wikipedia. Articles about the local school or colleges of India as well as England has been accepted in wikipedia, certainly owing to heir notability although those are not supported by any special legislation. But district level Court and particularly the Family Court is based on a specific legislation of the Indian constitutions and it is quite different in its functioning and style from all other Courts. The statue is very specific about such a claim. Further, the List_of_district_courts_in_India contain red links which are meant to help Wikipedia grow. [1] The creation of red links prevents new pages from being orphaned from the start. [2] So when such a red link is developed, it is certainly in consonance with the policy of wikipedia and the purpose is never to advertise a judicial institution; because a judicial institution need not be advertised. So it would be wise to let the article develop in the interest of public at large. Hpsatapathy ( talk) 08:38, 8 August 2019 (UTC)

Greetings!
After a successful first iteration of the “Months of African Cinema” last year, we are happy to announce that it will be happening again this year, starting from October 1! In the 2018 edition of the contest, about 600 Wikipedia articles were created in at least 8 languages.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2019 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly election, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page People's Republican Party ( check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Why do you delete text format data for Maharashtra elections? The table format is very difficult to read. But if you want it, keep it. For other people, who believe in simple format, easier to read on mobile, too, just let it be there. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.92.160.115 ( talk) 18:34, 24 October 2019 (UTC)
