Sea Wolf (also known as Sea Wolf Bakers and Sea Wolf Bakery) [1] [2] is a bakery in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood, in the U.S. state of Washington. [3] Jesse and Kit Schumann are co-owners; [4] [5] the brothers founded the business in 2014. [6] The menu includes breads, pizza, [7] cinnamon rolls, [8] cookies, croissants, [9] and other pastries. [10] [11] [12] One savory croissant has zucchini, sunflower seed pesto, and pecorino. [7]

In 2020, David Landsel included Sea Wolf in Food & Wine's list of the 100 best bakeries in the U.S. [13]
