Medalling is no longer sufficient to pass
WP:NOLYMPICS, if the medals were in events where all participants won a medal, which includes both Rugby and Tug of War at the 1900 Olympics.

Delete technically no medals were given out at the Olympics until 1904, any medals before that are retconned. We should not participate in such retconning. One reason medals were not given before 1904 is because multiple competitions before 1904 did not have enough competitors to make giving medals at all more than giving participation trophies. We lack significant sources to create an article, so we should delete.

Multiple medalists at AFD? These deletion discussions for sportspeople are getting ridiculous!

Redirect to
France at the 1900 Summer Olympics#Medalists Not really seeing enough for a GNG pass, there may well be coverage offline given his successes, although the 1900 Olympics were less well covered as others will mention, redirect should be a suitable
WP:ATD.
