Fails WP:ORG. 4 of the 5 sources are primary. Previous AfD was consensus for merge but the article has been recreated. LibStar ( talk) 00:07, 16 July 2024 (UTC)
This article is based on primary sources, including mostly from the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I found no third party coverage of notable bilateral relations, such as state visits, agreements, significant trade or migration. Fails GNG. LibStar ( talk) 04:50, 12 July 2024 (UTC)
Fails GNG, 2 of the 3 sources are dead. The estimated population is very small at around 1000, and no significant coverage of their contribution to Luxembourg society. LibStar ( talk) 06:00, 10 July 2024 (UTC)
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.

Ambassadors are not inherently notable. He gets a mere 3 google news hits and article is unreferenced. His involvement with Maher Arar can be covered in that article. The 2 CBC news articles quoted at end are dead. Fails WP:BIO. LibStar ( talk) 04:17, 9 July 2024 (UTC)

I am just not seeing any basis for notability for a one-time loan of just over (in Dr. Evil-speak) one million dollars. I can imagine this being merged somewhere as a line, but an article seems unsupportable. BD2412 T 20:39, 5 July 2024 (UTC)
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Relisting comment: Relisting just in case anyone wanted to offer any more specific references to establish notability. If not, this looks like a probable Merge.
