We can go ahead with this one I think,
K6ka. "Bley3" does not easily confuse for "Bleye"; also Bleye is not very active so they probably wont be confused for each other. The first request was probably okay also.
Don't worry too much if someone's name is going to be only marginally similar to a user who is not very active or on some other project. With globalization, so many names will be hitting the anti-spoof check we can't be denying all the requests.
If someone came around asking to be renamed to N3wyorkbr4d or something, that is where anti-spoof checks are helpful. Overridding anti-spoof involves a lot of nuance and there isn't any guidance on it, I'm afraid.

Nasir at Lexinnova: You can hide your userpage from search engines by adding the
magic word__NOINDEX__ to your userpage. This will tell search engines not to index your userpage. Once you add this to your userpage, it make take up to 48 hours to fully take effect. Do you still want to proceed with the rename? --I am

N00dles: There is a user by the name "

However, if they do become active on the English Wikipedia and confusion does arise, you may need to request another name change. --I am

Reason: When I first starting using Wikipedia, I had no idea what name to use and I used my last names, which I now really do not want online, considering it is my legal name. Identity theft alone makes me nervous. I would like to start using Wiki more and posting but not with my legal name.

WP:RFC/N in which case you may need to rename further. –

Done let's go ahead with this because it's a privacy concern and the users are lightly active in different languages; I don't think there will be much opportunity for confusion. if confusion does arise,
stonepilot you may need to choose a different name. –

Kevin Liu that's very similar to the name you have been renamed to. They're currently inactive, so there probably won't be any confusion between you and them. However, if they return and confusion arises, you may need to request a new name (given the user's history though, I don't think that's likely). --I am
