Procedural renomination because of Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2016 August 2; I did assess that the consensus was to allow a recreation with an AfD discussion including the new sources that weren't present in the prior deletion discussions. I have no opinion on the merits of this article - one sensible suggestion though would be to assess the merits of the article without considering its history.
