Speedy delete no evidence that this young athlete has received any coverage by websites that track high school athletes. References seem to lead either directly to generic urls or self-referenced webpages. Additionally the article seems to be written by the subject themselves. -
Delete: Piling on here, but I agree with those above. Absolutely TOOSOON and no coverage. Very rare for a high school football player to meet notability requirements, the only one I'm aware of in recent memory is
Arch Manning.

Delete Very few high school football players meet Wikipedia's notability requirements, and the ones that do are always 5 star prospects (recent examples include
Arch Manning,
Travis Hunter and
Nico Iamaleava). Rios isn't even ranked in the top 1000 recruits of his class and as far as I can tell doesn't even have a page on
247, the main source for high school players which has over 2000+ bios for player his age. This is also a poorly written article (obviously he is a free agent, he's in high school) so not much is lost.--
