I find this more promotional than notable and given the fact that the creator of the page's contributions have been exclusively related to articles specifically related to this person for 14 years, I'm slightly inclined to believe that this article's only purpose is to be promotional; sources used in the article are poor and I can only find mentions of him not already in the article that are very brief.

Delete, Seems that the creator of the page has a close connection to
John Black which appears to be only promotional and probably getting paid to do so.

Delete per
WP:NOTRESUME. Mr. Black has been mentioned in some reliable sources, but these are typically in the form of brief statements in articles that are actually about his companies, without any background info to indicate that his career and biography are of interest. Meanwhile, the article is clearly an attempted
promotion written by himself or an employee, not even trying to appear neutral. No, he did not pioneer the design of musician websites in the 1990s, and his recent app is not the first that ever offered a rewarding listening experience. ---DOOMSDAYER520 (

Delete: as violating
WP:NOTRESUME, given absence of significant coverage in reliable, secondary sources.
