The subject of this article fails WP:GNG and WP:MUSICBIO. All of the sources in the article are primary sources. A Google search of him doesn't show him being discussed in reliable sources independent of him. The award he won is not notable.  Versace1608  Wanna Talk? 01:04, 25 March 2019 (UTC) reply

  • Keep has won a number of international awards and has significant coverage in multiple reliable sources such as Pulse Nigeria and it is a strong sign of notability that he is being interviewed in reliable sources Atlantic306 ( talk) 21:18, 27 March 2019 (UTC) reply
  • Neutral: While Pulse is a reliable source, from experience in the Nigerian perspective, WP:MUSICBIO is a better way of evaluating notability of newer generation musicians than WP:GNG. I'm not confident of the significance of the most prestigious awards won, "African Entertainment Award" and " Independent Music Award". Let me also point that there is another better referenced Nigerian artiste that goes by a similar name, "Akin Shuga". The reason I'm not giving an outright delete is that there is a chance he's more proclaimed overseas than locally, and I'm not sure I've gone through enough Canadian sources.
