Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Shadia Mansour, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Palestinian ( check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

On 30 November 2012, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Shadia Mansour, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that Palestinian rapper Shadia Mansour, the "first lady of Arabic Hip Hop", was born in London to Christian parents? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Shadia Mansour. You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page ( here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

In order to help with those signups, distribute access codes, and manage accounts we'll need 2-3 more Account Coordinators.

Hello!
First, on behalf of WikiProject X, thank you for trying out the WikiProject X pilot projects. I would like to get some anonymous feedback from you on your experience using the new WikiProject layout and tools. This way, we will know what we did right, and if we did something horribly wrong, we can try to fix it. This feedback won't be associated with your username, so please be completely honest. We are determined to improve the experience of Wikipedians, and your feedback helps us with that. (You are also welcome to leave non-anonymous feedback at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject X.)
Please complete the survey here. The survey has two parts: the first part asks for your username, while the second part contains the survey questions. These two parts are stored separately, so your username will not be associated with your feedback. There are only nine questions and it should not take very long to complete. Once you complete the survey I will leave a handwritten note on your talk page as a token of my appreciation.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you, Harej ( talk) 17:49, 2 September 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current
Arbitration Committee election. The
Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia
arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose
site bans,
topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The
arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to

Hi, Seeeko! Please allow me to follow up on a project that was discussed at the Wikimedia Conference in Berlin a couple of weeks ago:
I am writing you to ask for your support for the Sustainability Initiative, which aims at reducing the environmental impact of the Wikimedia movement. Over the past two years, more than 250 Wikipedians from all over the world have come together to push the Wikimedia movement towards greater sustainability.
The Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation has recently passed a resolution stating that the Foundation is committed to seeking ways to reduce the impact of its activities on the environment. Now, we are working with the Wikimedia Foundation staff to have all Wikimedia servers run on renewable energy by 2019.
In order to demonstrate that this is an issue that the community really cares about, I would like to ask you to sign the project page as well. Thank you! -- Gnom ( talk) 15:47, 14 April 2017 (UTC)

Hi, the English Wikipedia recently created a new user permission for editors involved in off-wiki outreach work, event coordinator. This new permission allows users to mark accounts for confirmed for up to 10 days, and also allows them to create accounts for events without rate limits without some of the features of the account creator right that aren't used at edit-a-thons and other events. I have added the event coordinator permission to your account for 90 days to assist with any events you may have coming up and removed the account creator permission, as you appear to have been using it mainly for outreach work.
This should have no noticeable impact on your ability to create accounts at upcoming events, and will give you the extra ability to temporarily confirm accounts if you need to. If you need the event coordinator permission again after it expires, you can make a request here. Hello, Seeeko. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery ( talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)

If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

If you wish to participate, you are welcome to
review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on
the voting page. For the Election committee,

For more information, you can see the information page on the right, or you can ask me if you have any questions. TonyBallioni ( talk) 17:11, 22 May 2018 (UTC)
