Allegations of bias on Ben Oquist page

Gumsaint. I'm formerly warning you to please stop your ill-informed edits on the Ben Oquist wikipedia page. You have a politicized and conspiratorial view, with highly selective sources and your perception of Mr Oquist is deeply inaccurate. What you're doing may very well be a form of cyber-stalking or cyber-bullying and even potentially liable. So please heed this warning which I am making as the first step of a process which, if you do not respond, will result in request for restriction of your access and editing privileges and further legal response. — Preceding unsigned comment added by THBTAI ( talkcontribs) 06:17, 12 April 2016 (UTC) reply

Bias on Ben Oquist Page

I have made some minor edits to the Ben Oquist page to remove bias and some incorrect referencing. I have noted that his issue has been raised with you before. The sources you are quoting are not accurate and the words you are using are incorrect and bias against Oquist. The edits that have been made are to remove this bias while retaining factual information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by KateO15 ( talkcontribs) 01:13, 19 September 2018 (UTC) reply

Hi. I see you have reversed my amendments and included the following Senator Milne had described him as an adherent to a hierarchical administrative structure [note: this is correct and could be referenced], citing this as the reason behind his subsequent departure from his role on the Greens staff.[11] Following revelations of his involvement in the attack on Milne's leadership he stepped down from a long-term involvement.[11]. I cant see where the link you have referenced refers to anything other than the first part of the sentence. Can you please let me know, otherwise I think my amendment needs to stand. If you agree are you happy to reverse your changes? Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by KateO15 ( talkcontribs) 03:24, 19 September 2018 (UTC) reply
It is fully and accurately referenced KateO15 . Here is the quote: "Senator Milne said the flat administrative structure she imposed when she took over from Bob Brown was the reason Mr Oquist had moved on. I think Ben had a view that it should be more hierarchical, she said." Gumsaint ( talk) 03:32, 19 September 2018 (UTC) reply

If I told some folk outside the Wikipedia bubble I had done over 1000 edits on Wikipedia they would categorise me as completely obsessive regardless of the time period. In this case I seem to remember I originated the entry and have had close connections to Tasmanian media but none of that should matter; most of the public record demonstrates that Marr was and is a divisive figure. If I told some folk outside the Wikipedia bubble I had done over 1000 edits on Wikipedia they would categorise me as completely obsessive regardless of the time period. In this case I seem to remember I originated the entry and have had close connections to Tasmanian media but none of that should matter; most of the public record demonstrates that Marr was and is a divisive figure. insufficient emojies of compplex nuances to use here at this stage to reply to any of the above - trust the mainland is treating you well...

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{ NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery ( talk) 00:28, 28 November 2023 (UTC) reply
