This user has come up in the ANI Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Questionable question on the ref desk, since you've noticed them before thought you may have something to add. In particular I haven't really been paying much attention to their recent mainspace edits so if their behaviour there continues to be problematic you may want to discuss that. SuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from Nettrom ( talk), SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot ( talk) 12:51, 3 June 2010 (UTC)

The other day you submitted a false positive report because you found yourself unable to edit someone's talk page. If you have not already seen, it was due to an accident in the code of a particular edit filter which was quickly fixed by the MediaWiki software itself. The code has been reverted to the last good version and this should not happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, however; if people hadn't reported it we wouldn't have known there was a problem. I have removed the false positive reports as I felt it was easier to just go to the people who submitted them directly. — Soap — 23:39, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
You mentioned that you work on geography in the East Anglia area in Great Britain and I work in New Jersey. Just out of curiosity, do you have any streams that change drastically (from rocky to muddy) in a short distance? I have noticed that a small tributary of the Ten Mile Run has such a change. One side of a bridge it is extremely rocky with sheets of slate covering the streambed. On the other side, within about 30 meters it changes into an extremely muddy, rockless streambed that is an ideal home for frogs. How common is that? Thank you. -- Chemicalinterest ( talk) 01:02, 31 July 2010 (UTC)

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Dabomb87 ( talk) 21:49, 23 September 2010 (UTC)

Hello
Thank you for signing up to the first Portsmouth meetup last Sunday, even though it was a shame you didn't make it in the end.
I'm now turning my attention to organising the second meetup. An end of August date seemed to get support from those there, and so I've provisionally scheduled it for Sunday the 31st, avoiding the bank holiday weekend the week before. It was suggested that people might like a visit to a museum in the morning before the pub in the afternoon. I suggest that the Portsmouth 2 talk page on Meta is the best place to organise it, so when you have time please feel free to head on over there and share your thoughts. Please also invite anyone in the area you know or think would like to get involved with organising or attending the museum visit and/or pub. Chris McKenna (WMUK) ( talk) 12:55, 4 July 2014 (UTC)

Hi, just a courtesy message to say that I've undone the addition of Will Quince's birth date and month – I couldn't find any information to support it. If you've got a source, please do add the information back in with a reference. Brammers ( talk/ c) 20:57, 1 July 2015 (UTC)
Hello! I'm running a survey to identify the best way to notify Wikimedians about upcoming UK wikimeets (informal, in-person social meetings of Wikimedians), and to see if we can improve UK wikimeets to make them accessible and attractive to more editors and readers. All questions are optional, and it will take about 10 minutes to complete. Please fill it in at:

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Slide rule, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Foolscap. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
