Congratulations, Tony, on Crown Fountain making FA status!
I need to tell you, I have been going through some difficult real-world stuff (which will continue for some time) and simply cannot get online to edit. But I occasionally will check my watchlist on my cell phone while commuting. (It's horribly slow, but when you've got 90 minutes with nothing to do, what the heck?) Anyway, on my way home tonight I looked at the Signpost and saw that you got Crown Fountain to FA status. I know that this is probably no big deal for you, since you have done this more than anyone else, but it's the first time I've been cognizant of an article going through the process, so I decided to get online and congratulate you. Good job! Un sch ool 02:11, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

for example,on this sentence, "His number 70 was retired by the Eagles in 1952."
It could read "His number 70 was retired by the Eagles in 1952 when the Eagles honored him with a day called Al Wistert Day. Al was the first Eagle to ever have his jersey retired by the team."
Which also could be used in the first paragraph where it says he was the first Eagle to be a Pro Bowl player. It could say he was the first Eagle to ever have his jersey retired by the team, and the first Eagle to go to the Pro Bowl.
You can decide.
I also would REALLY like the fact that Al brought the stand up style of blocking used today into the NFL.
He was the first to ever do it.
This is an important and historic moment in the life of the NFL.

TonyTheTiger, thanks for reaching out regarding the 2009 Big Ten Conference football season article. Not sure if I have the patience to deal with filling out the schedule right now, but I'll see if I can chip in, although if I'm going to build schedule tables, I'd rather work on building out the yearly Michigan ones before 1969. While we're on the subject of collect football schedules, is there a standard for date and time formats? For dates I've been using DD/MM/YYYY, while you seem to be using Month-DD. For time I've been using h:mm AM/PM while you are using h:mm a.m./p.m. See 2005 Michigan Wolverines football team for an example of my format usage. Jweiss11 ( talk) 04:31, 13 October 2009 (UTC)

Hi Tony - I am very sorry that I didn't get to the FAC in time before it closed. I have been virtually inactive for the past three weeks due to travel and an extensive workload. I probably won't be nearly as active as before for at least another month, but I will definitely be able to respond to queries more quickly.
I know it is a little late, but for next time: this list from CTBUH can be used in place of this to verify Q1 as the tallest residential tower; I wouldn't classify the latter as a reliable source. Let me know if I can help out in any way. As for World Architecture News, IO would classify that as a reliable source - it is, after all, backed by CTBUH. Cheers, Rai• me 15:34, 22 October 2009 (UTC)

In order for me to try and convey the importance of Category:WikiProject Chicago content categories I need people to understand and accept the concept discussed within this section. I need that because I will be referring to the "Core Categorization Scheme" and how the content category fits into it. My plan is to create a categorization diagram that depicts the Core Scheme and how the content category is used within it. I hope the diagram will convey the importance of the category in a way that doesn't rely on repeating the reasons for my support of the category. An editor has nominated Danita Angell, an article which you have created or worked on, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also " What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Danita Angell and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. -- Eastmain ( talk) 04:06, 26 October 2009 (UTC)

Glad you like it, thanks. I originally made it to show up the same width (450 pixels) as the other map it replaced. The fonts on the original are the right size so that the looked about the same on my browser as the original linked label map. I just tried making it only 400 pixels wide and it still is legible on my browser - I would not go any smaller and the MOS says maps can be made larger for clarity. How does 400 px look to you?
It can be placed right or left (just like any image). Before we go putting it in all the articles, please check the map and make sure the areas are OK (they checked out on my monitor). I used rectangles as that was easiest, though it means some neighboring areas are linked for the bridge, Pritzker pavilion and a few others. Also no link for Monroe Street. you left me a message a while back saying that I have the editorial intrest to create pages for the Big East and the WAC to help fill the template of conference seasons for the 2009 season. THANK YOU!! because of that I did go ahead an create a WAC page and time willing and if nobody dose if before me I will create a Big East page and any other confernce that dose not have a page yet. My main focus is to get each teams pages as up to date as possible so it may be some time before I get to the Big East page but hopefully I get there. I just want to say thank you for letting me know. It meant a lot and gave me something to do for a while. Bsuorangecrush ( talk) 09:45, 10 October 2009 (UTC)

Jweiss11 ( talk) 04:31, 13 October 2009 (UTC)
added the tv networks for week 3-5 like you asked. thanks for asking me to update it. i am willing to help in any way i can. i love college football so much that i want everything as up to date as possible (time willing on my part). please let me know if i can help in any way anymore throughout the season with football and basketball. i did even update a few images on iowa and illinois basketball pages i noticed werent there. i also went ahead and ceated the 2009 ACC football season page and will get to the reamaining conferences in weeks to come, let me know if you have any suggestions. I don't think so. It's almost as bad as putting in a picture that only has Avant's hand in it. Eagles 24/7 (C) 19:00, 13 October 2009 (UTC)

Is there a way to add optional columns for high scorer, rebounder and assists? I would like next season to be able to have the same information as I use at 2008–09_Michigan_Wolverines_men's_basketball_team#Schedule.-- TonyTheTiger ( t/ c/ bio/ WP:CHICAGO/ WP:LOTM) 05:41, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

Hi. Don't worry, I'm not planning on working on a current GAR! I do have a question, though. I notice from here that the Jane Fonda article is on this list for reassessment, but the talk page indicates it was reassessed and kept in April 2009. Is it necessary to undertake another reassessment so soon after the last one? Wildhartlivie ( talk) 07:12, 16 October 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the heads up for the intent to delete category:WikiProject Chicago content categories. Pknkly ( talk) 06:14, 23 October 2009 (UTC)

The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[File:Old Illinois Central Yard.jpg]].
I was waiting for him to comment and had asked a couple other editors to help me find more information about her current boyfriend since I was hitting walls in finding something, and I still don't have much of anything that isn't already in there. I'll work on it this weekend and hopefully finish it up. Thanks. Wildhartlivie ( talk) 04:08, 31 October 2009 (UTC)
