Wanted to let you know that the tool you used on Frederick E. Olmsted today is not working correctly. It is "rescuing" and adding archive details to citations are are active, including those from Google Books. Clearly, this is not a tool that can be used without a review of the changes it makes. There is no need for a Wayback version of a Google Book and it is not even capturing the correct page with the archived version. These are worthless updates. On 4 December 2023, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Thirsty Beaver, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that The Washington Post described a North Carolina dive bar (pictured) as "a middle finger to the development surrounding it"? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Thirsty Beaver. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page ( here's how, Thirsty Beaver), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
