The article doesn't mention anything about this film being in the public domain, but it's categorised under "public domain films".
Can anyone give an explanation as to how a 1980 film would come to be in the public domain, or alternatively recategorise this correctly. Prof Wrong ( talk) 16:22, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
While the DVD in question does not have English subtitles, an English-subtitled version of the full cut was later released in 2006 as part of a compilation set called the Sonny Chiba Action Pack.
Why is this here? This was an English language film. Why would English subtitles even be a problem? -- 24.21.149.124 ( talk) 05:34, 11 December 2008 (UTC)
That’s roughly only 20,000 $US. Even in 1980 thats not a great deal of money for a film budget, especially one that was supposedly the most expensive Japanese film up to that time. That figure must be incorrect. Evil-yuusha ( talk) 09:04, 8 December 2018 (UTC)
In the absence of a reliable source, should we just take out the budget number? GA-RT-22 ( talk) 05:43, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
