In the history section, under War Rape, the word "complained" in the sentance "French women in Normandy complained about rapes during the liberation of Normandy." would benefit from being changed to something less emotionally charged, such as "reported". While not technically wrong, it simply does not feel appropriate.

That one South African doctor's vagina dentata device should be removed from this section unless reliable sources can establish it is widely promoted as a prevention method. The "effective" claim is also unsourced.

The Western Cape government is in South Africa but is citing New Zealand to have “less stringent” limits when the article cited is actually about South Africa. I don’t have a Wikipedia account but can somebody change it to say South Africa or find a NZ source.
