User:STSC, normally, in recounting historical events, the events are told in chronological order. I don't know what is desired for this paragraph, but with this recent edit, the events are now out of chronological order. Before, they were closer to chronological order. Also, the word "the" is needed before "Korean government". Corinne ( talk) 14:46, 3 January 2016 (UTC)

Hello,
I thought adding the life and impact of the Japanese colonization on Korea was relevant to the topic. Please feel free to edit or add. Thank you! â Preceding unsigned comment added by Bbrby ( talk ⢠contribs) 17:36, 7 November 2018 (UTC)
I think its more constructive if the article was organized on a timeline basis, beginning with the Basic Treaty on normalization. The reason so being is that this is the enabling law that is supposed to govern diplomatic relations. A timeline is appropriate now since Japan-Korea disputes have been in the news quite frequently given disputes over the 2018 Korean Supreme Court ruling and its diplomatic fallout.
The source for the Dokdo guards stationed on Dokdo was unreliable. So the source was changed to an official website describing what the Dokdo Guard was doing. GeonwooLee ( talk) 08:10, 8 May 2023 (UTC)
