The city now called Vilnius (Lithuanian) was called Wilna (Polish) during Kraszewski's lifetime. This should be explained or at least mentioned for English-language readers unfamiliar with the complex history of the region. And if the Gdańsk Vote of 2005-2006 may be taken as a guide, Vilnius probably should be referred to as Wilna in the article. – Sca ( talk) 12:57, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
