Oppose for now. What source do you have that establishes your suggested name is the correct name. It looks like it might be named Holy Trinity Church, in which case move should be to Holy Trinity Church (Chicago, Illinois) unless there are more than one of that name within Chicago. WlaKom, in another discussion and by a move of an article under AFD (which should not have been moved while under AFD), seems to want to apply European-style disambiguation rather than (City, State) disambiguation that is used for NRHP-listed buildings and most other U.S. buildings. --
