Yeshe Dorjee Thongchi (
Assamese: য়েছে দৰজে ঠংচি) (born 13 June 1952) is an Assamese writer. He was formerly deputy commissioner. His first literary creation is a poem named Junbai'(জোনবাই).[1]
He is the recipient of India's prestigious award
Padma Shri 2020 for his work in the field of literature and education.[2][3]
