Sunil Jogi is an Indian author. [1] [2] He is a poet of comic verses [3] and the ex-president of the Hindustani Academy, [4] [5] [6] a post holding the rank of a Minister of State in the Government of Uttar Pradesh. [7] [8] He is also a Hindi adviser to the Ministry of Railways & Parliamentary Affairs.
Born on 1 January 1971[ citation needed], Jogi obtained his masters and doctoral degrees in Hindi. [5] literature [9] He is the author of over 100 books [10] and is the president of MAA Foundation, New Delhi, [9] a nonprofit organization promoting sustainable education in rural areas. [11] Jogi was honored by the Government of India in 2015 with Padma Shri, the fourth highest Indian civilian award. [12] [13]
