Behaviour on this page: Arbitration case pages exist to assist the Arbitration Committee in arriving at a fair, well-informed decision. You are required to act with appropriate decorum during this case. While grievances must often be aired during a case, you are expected to air them without being rude or hostile, and to respond calmly to allegations against you. Accusations of misbehaviour posted in this case must be proven with clear evidence (and otherwise not made at all). Editors who conduct themselves inappropriately during a case may be sanctioned by an arbitrator, clerk, or functionary, without further warning, by being banned from further participation in the case, or being blocked altogether. Personal attacks against other users, including arbitrators or the clerks, will be met with sanctions. Behavior during a case may also be considered by the committee in arriving at a final decision.

My only participation in this case will be the statement and brief comments I initially left, which are now copied above. I have no desire to be further involved, and will only consider providing further evidence if Astynax is sanctioned in any way. As a previously uninvolved editor, my view is that Astynax has tried valiantly to move this article to a NPOV, though he's been stymied at every turn. Any attempt to sanction him for his work on this article will force me to participate in this case, which I have no interest in doing otherwise.

I believe Tgeairn may have misposted his "analysis" of my evidence here mistakenly. I believe his response to me should have been placed on the Evidence page rather than here. If this is indeed the place for such further allegations, then will a clerk or arb please respond so that know to answer his representations here. • Astynax talk 07:56, 23 October 2014 (UTC)

Astynax has added significant accusations (including advocacy, editor harassment, "persistent IDHT behavior", threatening editors, and synthesis) to the workshop page, without any of this being supported by evidence presented during the evidence phase.
These additions were made after the workshop phase deadline had passed and, taken along with their doubling of the allowed word limit during the evidence phase, demonstrate a lack of decorum and further illustrate the need for some form of sanction. Tgeairn ( talk) 08:53, 7 November 2014 (UTC)
