Case clerks: Firefly ( Talk) & ToBeFree ( Talk) Drafting arbitrators: Guerillero ( Talk) & Moneytrees ( Talk) & Wugapodes ( Talk)

Behaviour on this page: Arbitration case pages exist to assist the Arbitration Committee in arriving at a fair, well-informed decision. You are required to act with appropriate decorum during this case. While grievances must often be aired during a case, you are expected to air them without being rude or hostile, and to respond calmly to allegations against you. Accusations of misbehaviour posted in this case must be proven with clear evidence (and otherwise not made at all). Editors who conduct themselves inappropriately during a case may be sanctioned by an arbitrator, clerk, or functionary, without further warning, by being banned from further participation in the case, or being blocked altogether. Personal attacks against other users, including arbitrators or the clerks, will be met with sanctions. Behavior during a case may also be considered by the committee in arriving at a final decision.

Comment by Robert McClenon

The administrators at Arbitration Enforcement requested that the ArbCom open this case. None of them have submitted any on-the-record evidence. That absence is curious. Robert McClenon ( talk) 08:33, 6 February 2023 (UTC) reply

Potential extension and addition of parties

Thank you to everyone who has submitted evidence in this phase. Given the public and private evidence submitted so far, the drafting arbitrators ( Wugapodes, Guerillero, and Moneytrees) have been discussing whether additional parties and time would benefit the issues under discussion. For now, the evidence phase will close as planned. If any changes to the parties or timetable are needed, a motion will be posted in the Proposed motions section by 23:59, 13 February (UTC). Otherwise we will follow up in this section with a reminder of the existing timeline. Wug· a·po·des 03:57, 10 February 2023 (UTC) reply

Comment from Guerillero

In this reopened evidence phase, I would like to see evidence on the following subjects

  • Evidence of problems after Abrvagl's warning on 12 June 2022
  • Evidence of problems after Golden's warning on 1 August 2022
  • Evidence of problems after Grandmaster's tban was lifted on 14 October 2022
  • Evidence of problems after Dallavid's warning on 15 October 2022
  • Evidence of problems after Olympian's warning 17 December 2022

-- Guerillero Parlez Moi 21:13, 11 February 2023 (UTC) reply

@ Guerillero: I would be happy to sum these up for you, but I am probably going to need more than 500 words to do so while also adding some other evidence related to how third-party dispute resolution in this topic area has gone. Can I get an extension to 1000 words and 75 diffs? — Red-tailed hawk  (nest) 18:45, 12 February 2023 (UTC) reply
@ Red-tailed hawk: Sounds good. I will give your the party limits of 1000 words and 100 diffs, just to make things easier for the clerks -- Guerillero Parlez Moi 18:48, 12 February 2023 (UTC) reply
Thank you. — Red-tailed hawk  (nest) 19:13, 12 February 2023 (UTC) reply
@ Guerillero: My sincerest apologies with not getting all of the above in. That is entirely my fault, and I sincerely apologize for making the request for an word-limit extension and then not fully executing on this. — Red-tailed hawk  (nest) 01:46, 22 February 2023 (UTC) reply
@ Abrvagl, Dallavid, Golden, Grandmaster, Olympian, & ZaniGiovanni: I would like to make sure that you are all aware that these are the areas that I am interested in seeing evidence about. -- In actu (Guerillero) Parlez Moi 08:02, 16 February 2023 (UTC) reply

Evidence phase closed

The evidence phase has closed. There should have been a notification about 24 hours before the closure here. If, purely for this reason, the closure comes as a surprise, please let me know. ~ ToBeFree ( talk) 23:37, 21 February 2023 (UTC) reply

As a note, I'd tried to expand a section regarding Golden's TBAN, but was hit with an edit conflict (I had expected the closure to be later than 23:37 today). I've made the post, as this was a bit of as a surprise to me that it didn't close at the end of the UTC day. Is this fine with you, ToBeFree? — Red-tailed hawk  (nest) 23:57, 21 February 2023 (UTC) reply
Hi Red-tailed hawk, that's perfectly fine. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for asking. ~ ToBeFree ( talk) 17:43, 22 February 2023 (UTC) reply
