When discussing the reliability of source, have you ever wondered, "how do I convince other users that a journal called Clearly Full of Lies is in fact clearly full of lies?" Well, there are a lot of places to check. Firstly, check if that journal has a Wikipedia article; sometimes, a really bad one will include mention of that on the article. Other than that, see these resources (the time/way to use each of these will be described later. For now, most of them explain how they work if you follow the link):
