Prior SSP or RFCU cases may exist for this user:
User:Ramu50 was blocked indefinitely in November 2008 after several instances of persistent disruptive editing and incivility towards other editors. Shortly afterwards, an attempt was made to evade the block from the IP address User:70.79.65.227, which was also blocked. More recently, a user from the (geographically similar) IP address 75.154.186.241 has again started exhibiting similar behavior to Ramu50 (similar article topics, emphasis on navbox templates, using template talk pages as sandboxes etc.) Seems to be a highly probably case of block evasion.
