  • This was created as a rather spammy article about a person who, judging from the comments on the talk page, might be just past the notability threshold, so I'm not sure if RfD is the best place to make a decision on that. The most "proper" course of action seems to be restoring the article, then trimming the puffery and taking it to AfD. Anyone's got the time for that? A move to the draft namespace (without leaving a redirect) would be an easier alternative. – Uanfala (talk) 21:35, 13 January 2018 (UTC) reply
  • Draftify per Uanfala. Anyone who wants to work on it can work on in draft space there, and if that doesn't happen in a reasonable amount of time it gets deleted as stale without further drama. More likely to produce a useful outcome than restoring in mainspace and sending to AFD – which will likely result in either a bunch of people voting for WP:TNT regardless of the merits, or not wanting to deal with it at all (a la Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Characters of Final Fantasy V). 59.149.124.29 ( talk) 06:34, 14 January 2018 (UTC) reply

Redirect from user page to unconnected Article Kudpung กุดผึ้ง ( talk) 09:06, 14 January 2018 (UTC) reply

  • Soften. Fryedk specifically wants their user page to redirect to September, and since users have wide latitude to decide what should be on their userpage, I see no reason to deny them that ability. However, a hard redirect is somewhat problematic, because anyone else wanting to view their userpage would not want to automatically be taken to September. Converting it to a soft redirect solves that problem while allowing Fryedk to use their userpage how they wish. -- Tavix ( talk) 16:48, 14 January 2018 (UTC) reply
  • Procedural question. Are we sure that this belongs here, rather than at MfD? Does this forum have the "constitutional" power to order someone to change their userpage? — PinkAmpers & (Je vous invite à me parler) 20:44, 14 January 2018 (UTC) reply
  • Soft redirect per Tavix. This is traditionally the outcome on RfD for redirects from the "User:" namespace to the "(article)" namespace. Steel1943 ( talk) 03:11, 16 January 2018 (UTC) reply
  • Soft redirect per Tavix. As for the "constitutional" question, I wouldn't object if I saw this at MFD, but RfD is the "proper" place to discuss redirects regardless of namespace, with redirects in the template and project namespaces being particularly common. – Uanfala (talk) 22:14, 19 January 2018 (UTC) reply

Not mentioned at Marte. Fails WP:FORRED: no connection to any of the languages listed here. LaundryPizza03 ( talk) 08:27, 14 January 2018 (UTC) reply

  • Delete. Perhaps a misspelling of Spanish martes (Tuesday)? Days of the week are named after Roman gods and corresponding celestial objects in Romance languages (Moon day, Mars day, Mercury day, etc), except Christians partially renamed Saturday and Sunday. If it is a misspelling, it's not likely useful to an English reader. Ivanvector ( Talk/ Edits) 14:12, 16 January 2018 (UTC) reply
    • I don't think it is a misspelling, Marte does mean Mars in Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Although I'm not too sure what use this redirect could have in the English wikipedia, since non-English speakers wouldn't be looking for info on the planet here. So delete.

So delete. • Keep all but Trypthophan per Steel1943. Double sharp ( talk) 06:30, 17 January 2018 (UTC) reply
