"Country occupation" categories are almost always fine, but they don't need to be intersected more narrowly by individual city unless either (a) the country category is so large as to need subcategories for size control purposes (which with just 53 articles in it the parent is not), or (b) the location actually has a defining relationship with the occupation (which also isn't the case here, since there's no meaningful difference between being a veterinarian in Melbourne and being a veterinarian in Perth or Sydney or Brisbane.) - Keep Cornish people says they are an ethnic group, so have this category, just like Category:Serbian philanthropists and others. Many other lists and categories exist that group people like this such as Category:Scottish people by occupation. If you search for "List of Cornish" you'll find many lists of them. Category:People from Cornwall by occupation shows a lot of categories like this one. Might as well add them all together with this one since its the same issue. Category:American people by state by occupation shows that every state has a list of those who are sorted based on what city in that state they are from, followed by lists of their notable occupation. - Merge to English philanthropists. Cornwall isn’t a country or even an autonomous subnational territory. It’s a ceremonial county and ethno-cultural region of no great international importance. That’d be like having an “Appalachian philanthropists” category for us Yankees. As for the other Cornish categories, well WP:OTHERSTUFF exists. They should be merged too.
