Suspected sockpuppets

For the past few months, 92slim has been reappearing every couple of weeks on Bernard Lewis to make some variation of edits which had gotten no support on the talk page. While 92slim is away on a long block, a recent account, Forsytor, showed up to repeat them [1]. What caught my eye in particular is that the edit did not just reproduce 92slim's latest attempt [2], but went back to another issue 92slim had fought over previously, whose latest trace is now below the 50 edit fold [3]. Despite Forsytor's short edit history, they've already established a strong link with 92slim, with exact edit match on Dolma ( [4] vs [5]) and Erzincan ( [6] vs [7]). These edits are several days apart, and in the case of Dolma separated by significant unrelated editing activity. The two accounts also share a broad interest in Middle Eastern foods beyond Dolma, as on Baklava, Pastirma (both); Tabbouleh and Pilaf for Forsytor; Lavash and Ayran for 92slim (see their top edits [8] vs [9]). The user compare report above shows more overlapping activity. Forsytor has also demonstrated a remarkably precocious grasp of WP machinery by filing a 3RR report just 10 days after registering their account. @ Ponyo: Could you also run a check for 92slim? That user is on an unrelated temporary block. Eperoton ( talk) 20:44, 2 March 2017 (UTC) reply
@ Ponyo: Why is the evidence of block evasion presented above not good enough? Eperoton ( talk) 20:56, 2 March 2017 (UTC) reply
@ Ponyo: Ah, interesting. Thanks for the clarification. So then it must be a case of shared interests and tag team work. Eperoton ( talk) 21:24, 2 March 2017 (UTC) reply
It is not tag team work, it is guarding articles that are regularly affected by pov edits by Armenian genocide denialists (or by editors who do not realize that, in effect, is what their edit has done) and opposing those edits. Tiptoethrutheminefield ( talk) 23:00, 6 March 2017 (UTC) reply
