On June 26, the Toronto mayoral by-election is included. Is this internationally significant? I've removed it twice but it keeps being added back. -06:41, 28 June 2023 (UTC) 184.56.75.144 ( talk) 06:41, 28 June 2023 (UTC)
Currently in the current events box for Saturday, August 26, 2023, under Armed conflicts and attacks, it lists a story about a report of attacks on civilians in western Russia in this format:
* Russian invasion of Ukraine ** Attacks on civilians in the Russian invasion of Ukraine *** 2022–2023 western Russia attacks **** The governor of Belgorod Oblast says that Ukrainian shelling and usage of cluster munitions injured six civilians in Urazovo. (Al Jazeera)
Why is a story about alleged attacks by Ukraine on Russian civilians in Russia being listed under the subheading of " Attacks on civilians in the Russian invasion of Ukraine", which is an article exclusively about attacks by Russia on Ukrainian civilians in Ukraine? That is the opposite of what this Al Jazeera story is about, even if it's about the same war. -- VolatileChemical ( talk) 02:49, 27 August 2023 (UTC)
It started about a month ago, actually. Y'all heard about that?
It's looking a little barren over on this noticeboard... last edit was 11 days ago, the last thread was from August, and before that, June. Does anyone go here? jp× g 🗯️ 07:09, 17 November 2023 (UTC)

@ Stephen: As I already stated, the blurb is incorrect. Previously, the blurb stated “Flooding in the Arab Gulf states leaves at least twenty-four people dead.” Currently, the blurb states “ Flooding in the Arab Gulf states leaves more than thirty people dead.” This is factually incorrect as Iran has had eight casualties thus far and is not one of the Arab states of the Persian Gulf. The blurb should instead correctly state “ Flooding in the Persian Gulf leaves more than thirty people dead.”, as the article states. -- Bijanii ( talk) 17:35, 20 April 2024 (UTC)
