Comment when a company was listed on NASDAQ and then acquired for $860 million, I am inclined to presume the company has sufficient coverage to meet GNG. But looking at the references, some (such as ref#11
[1]) don't even mention Zix, while others are obviously promotional, are press releases, or bare links to stock-price databases. I don't see sourcing that would support a Keep vote.

Merge and redirect to
OpenText#Acquisitions. I note by the way that there are a lot of lines there that will be utterly meaningless to the reader because they just say that
OpenText acquired company foo and company bar with no hint of what these acquisitions signify.

Redirect - I see on the
OpenText talk page that there were two others merged there pursuant to discussion (possibly others per BOLD). As far as Zix, the references do not meet
WP:ORGCRIT so there is nothing to save under that name. --
