Smells of puffery. The only hits I could find are the references given in the article, neither of which are reliable; worse, one of the references appears to be a hoax given that this unremarkable band apparently received more votes than One Direction in a certain poll. The accolade received according to the article also appears to be false. I would have nominated this for A7, but the article is well-written enough, and there are claims to notability (claiming to be signed to a record label, which by the way does not have a Wikipedia article and does not appear to have any online presence whatsoever) that it probably escapes A7.
