Delete since there are no sources available to establish notability. One mention in the "Guantanamo Docket" on the New York Times just doesn't amount to "significant coverage". --

Delete Sources do not establish notability. Also, this is a BLP problem, since we are "alleging" a lot of fairly negative stuff about this guy.
