Keep The article is of a notable award-winning veteran musician here in Ghana. I believe the article only needs improvement and more citations.

Keep has won multiple notable music awards and therefore passes
WP:NMUSIC (only one criteria required), and so he deserves to be included in the encyclopedia imv

Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus. Relisting comment: The "keep" !votes really are very weak: "needs improvement and more citations", "only brings up links to primary sources", "deserves to be included". For this article to be kept, what is needed are
reliablesecondary sources independent of the subject. Despite the numerical majority of "keep" !votes, at this point the "delete" !votes have the stronger policy-based reasoning.

Keep As explained above by those who voted to keep. The musician in question is a household name and deserves to be on Wikipedia according to our notability standards. The article uses at least two credible sources that are independent on the subject hence deserves to be kept. The two most important sources myjoyonline and peacefmonline which are like Ghana's BBC and Fox news respectively. --
