This is probably a talented and capable singer; but she appears not to come close to meeting WP:ACADEMIC. The world is chock-full of talented and capable singers holding down teaching jobs to survive; they are not notable. Ms Bobak has no in-depth coverage in reliable source to support her notability.   • Keep Although not apparently notable as an academic administrator, she may well pass WP:GNG as a performing artist because of brief (a sentence or two,) but favorable reviews of her performance in reviews of concerts, operas in which she was a soloist.
