Delete; in its current form, the article is only a dictionary definition. Unfortunately
Piotrus's redirects aren't appropriate as a Player isn't always a Contestant, and a Gamer is only rarely a Contestant. Contestant is always contesting/competing (that's what the word means) while a "Player" may be playing with no feeling of competitiveness, and a "Gamer" is usually someone into electronic games, and in most cases isn't contesting in any particular competition (it says so, in the Gamer article; you wouldn't call a person contesting in a Tennis championship a Gamer). The article can always be re-started if someone finds sourcing and notability, but there's nothing worth salvaging in its current state.
