Delete, per
WP:GNG multiple sources from the same publication are generally read as a single source for the purpose of supporting a claim to notability. While I don't question the reliability of the sources mentioned above, it's not enough to retain an article. ♠

Is there a consistent way that Zambian music articles have notability assessed? As far as I know there isn't a national chart, but I see that there are other Zambian publications (
[6][7]) that mention him as if he's a well-known figure. I don't know much about Zambian music in general, but in countries without a reputable chart (especially non-white countries) we run the risk of deleting articles on people who would be as relatively notable as many other articles we have.
The article in its current state is pretty bad though, so I'd say it's a delete in its current state (but if a well sourced article can be created, it should be kept in the future). --
