I declined a G4 here because the recreated article was not substantially similar to the deleted version. I may have been wrong to do so, as the fundamental problem which led to deletion has not apparently been addressed: this person seems not to be notable by our standards. - Delete per nom. Despite performing minor copyedits to the article and removing unreliable sources, the subject isn't notable and has not been discussed significantly in reliable sources. He fails WP:GNG, WP:ANYBIO, WP:MUSICBIO and WP:CREATIVE. The subject is the owner of a non notable record label. Versace1608 Wanna Talk? 16:18, 14 September 2019 (UTC)
